   It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a Buca. It’s been over 10 years that I’ve been to one and I would go to the one in San Francisco. The family meal is a great deal. Food is just as good as I remembered. The garlic mozzarella bread was great. Service was good, but could’ve been just a bit better. The server didn’t read us back our order so we didn’t catch one or two dishes that we wanted to try. That’s the only drawback, but the service was good nonetheless. Will try to go there again if my family and I are in the area.

   Food was very tasty and they have a promotional meal going on., so it was also cheap. But the dessert , cheesecake , was okay and expensive! The place needs some refreshing,: the carpet is old and the plastic tablecloths could be replaced for new fabric tablecloths. For the food, we probably will return!

   The food as always was very good. But the service was very slow. They also didn’t have a blender at the bar for mixed drinks, but I do give Buca di Beppo this, they still give a lot of food.

   We chose to go for a relaxing, Friday evening dinner and decided on Buca Di Beppo. Our waiter, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful throughout our evening. The atmosphere was a bit loud for my taste. However, that was in part do to a large birthday celebration taking place near by. The food, while not 5 star worthy, tasted good and was a good fit for a casual night out.

   This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion! We went to celebrate a birthday and it was great. The food is delicious and plentiful. Rodrigo the server was outstanding! Can't wait for our next visit.

   Service a little off. We had to ask about a dish not served with the rest of the food. We challenged a dish we hadn't asked for and had to ask twice where our dessert order was. Amore special is a winner!

   Went here to celebrate son’s birthday right before going to a concert. Granted our reservation was an early one — before the dinner hour rush on a Friday night. I think we were the only diners at the time so this definitely factored into our experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. There were four of us (all adults) and ordered a small Apple Gorgonzola salad, which easily could have fed five people. It was very good and dressed just right. For dinner we ordered a small size of each: chicken parmigiana, spaghetti marinara and penne San Remo. Flavors were good — cream sauce in the penne dish was not too heavy, which we liked. Because we ordered three dishes, I think the small portion easily could have fed 5-6 people. We had leftover pasta for another meal. In as much as we wanted to have a celebratory dessert, we were just too full. Overall we had a really good experience.

    We drive 1 hr and a half to this specific location multiple times a year for special occasions and always had good food and service. This last time we went for my husbands birthday the service was the worst we ever had at any restaurant. We ordered 3 appetizers and one came out and we asked about the other ones and our server kept saying its almost done and by the end of the dinner we still never got the last appetizer. We ordered 2 main dishes and 2 kids meals, one of the kids meals came out first and by the time the main dishes came my son was done and my other son was just getting his kids meal. One of the main dishes was wrong and something we never even heard of so that had to be taken back and our original order had to be made. We never got brought napkins, never once was asked about refills on drinks. We talked to the manager who was nice and helped us out to make it right but it was unacceptable that with all the mess up we were there over 2 hrs for just us, a family of 4.
