   Food was good - service was minimal. Server took our order and brought our food but that was about it. Didn’t check on us and even when we put the little sign up that we needed something, it was someone else who came to help us. Wouldn’t stop us from going back but the server we got at this visit wasn’t very good.

   The food was great. The service was not what we are used to from Bubba Gumps. The sheets hardly stopped when the sign said Stop Forrest Stop. We did not see our server much and actually had other servers, who I think was the manager, help us. They didn't do the movie trivia game with us, and maybe this place doesn't do it. It was just an okay experience but not what we've experienced and we dine at the one frequently in the San Francisco Pier 39 area.

   Had a reservation for a reason and with no heads up, call or text they changed it to an earlier time that we could not make. Was very disappointed as we had came from out of town with plans.

   My husband’s baby back ribs were dry and overcooked. I ordered the shrimp medley and my coconut shrimp and fried shrimp were overly fried, and my shrimp tempura was mushy.  not coming back.

   Our first time coming here! The server was great and helped us pick some allergy friendly entries for my son. The environment was lively and food was delicious. Would definitely come back if we’re in this neighborhood again!!

   It was perfect great vibe not too loud great service people that walked in had to wait from 45 min to an hr so reserving in open table is definitely a must
