   Made a 7:30 reservations. Didn’t get seated until 8:10. Placed us in basement which felt like a completely different restaurant and experience from the main dining space. It looked like a private dining room they were using to fill some extra tables. Food was great though.

   Had a reservation but waited 15 minutes anyway. Took an elevator to the subfloor, passing the kitchen floor, and was seated in an area that was not nearly as nice as the main floor. Appetizers took 30 minutes to come out. Lamp dumplings were fair, short ribs were okay. Steak was not cooked to specifications, which is pretty sad for a steakhouse. Braised short rib was not good, not sure what the sauce was but it did not go with the dish. The “famous” peanut sauce was underwhelming. The meal was nowhere worth the price tag.

Second, please note that you are always welcome to ask the host stand or floor management for a change in seating. Lastly, our prices are a reflection of many factors, including but not limited to; the high quality of our ingredients, as well as the intricate process that our service teams go through to bring our guests the best possible presentation.    Very expensive for the food quality we received. Everything was edible but if I knew how bad it was going to be I would never have gone. Save yourself the trouble.

   Decent food. High price point for not being the best beef Quality. Rare shouldn't come out medium rare. Sides were great. Dumpling dough needs work. Cooked Dough too chewy even if crispy. Service checked their boxes, but lack personal touch. Hence all around 4. your Reviews of hit or miss makes sense. Had a hit experience. Will be back, but will skip porterhouse for 2 next time. Don't mind spending 500 for 2, but rushing diners when place is empty is odd. And lack personal touch.

   Had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes for my table due to them being overbooked. They also didn’t have the steak that I wanted available even though it was on the menu as an option. So, after spending 15 minutes trying to figure out what I wanted, I had to spend another 10 minutes trying to decide on a second option. The food was average but the drinks were great. Not worth the price overall. 5/10 rating.

   It was a bit pricey because I ordered so many drinks and the food took a while to be served but I enjoyed my time with my lady and the food was a solid 8.5/10 if your very critical on food but if you know you know it was a good 9/10

   The food was pretty good. I was very irritated by the wait - to be seated and to be served. The food was good when I finally got it. In addition, it was COLD.

   It was an absolutely horrible experience for the cost. The restaurant first tried to seat us in the basement and no one was even down there seated - it was completely empty. The experience was horrible - the seating, the service and more!

    Never even got a chance to dine .We made reservations because we were Nyc to see play at barrymore theater..at 1030 we approached guy to check in for 1045 reservation time which he pointed us to a line that was down the block we then started talking to other ppl who had reservations as early as two hour bfore time that it then was 1115 ...there was no way we were waiting in line for hour when a reservation was made ...then come to find out it was a party they were having that took precedence over restaurant reservations...this was a total horrible way to do business...so we ended up having to find another place to dine at this time of night ...five thumbs down for bronx chop house
