   I haven’t been here in a while, but the food didn’t quite live up to my previous visits. The everything fried rice was surprisingly bland—I even had to ask for salt and pepper. The scallion pancakes were overly greasy. On the bright side, the bok choy was well-prepared, and the drinks were great. Since my last two experiences were much better, I’m hoping this was just an off night for the kitchen and will give them another try.

   Amazing, this location is 10/10 & much better than the one in time square. Food is delicious every time, music is good, staff is friendly & professional. I recommend this restaurant to anyone!

   1st time at Brooklyn Chop House, It was amazing...everything from the food to the service. It is quite pricey but WELL WORTH IT! They definitely get a Chefs Kiss...The steaks melt in your mouth and the drinks are strong and not watered down. I loved everything about! Shout out to our server Alex, he made the experience even better!

   Tamara was an absolutely amazing hostess. I was unable to get in contact with the restaurant to make a last minute update to my reservation and she was beyond accommodating. My aunt has food sensitivities and Tamara addressed the matter with the manager and allowed special arrangements for my aunts needs. The entire evening was great from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Our servers were great, very attentive. Even the security at the door was polite and helpful. Thank you for making my brother's 40th birthday dinner a delight

   I was very disappointed with the service I received. The waiter over looked us for 25 minutes before we placed our order. Forgot our drinks, did not bring another bottle of water that we requested, he continued to check on tables surrounding us and never came to my table. At some point he stopped taking an order from the table next to us and very rudely asked us to move our arms off the table so the busser can serve our food, however our arms were in the way to make space for the food. The salmon had a sea water taste and the braised short rib was extremely dry. Will not recommend this location to anyone. Had very high expectations, especially with the prices and this was just horrible.

   I planned a valentine date with my girl and even though my reservations where set 3 weeks prior i felt like i was seated in the walk in area while others got better seating with more space from others. Also server recommendations was off they recommended my girl this valentine drink and it was more like a dessert drink. Just saying had better experience at other steak houses and got charged less .
