Brix prefers to host experiences focused on the entire group. Please note, separate reservations made with the intent to create larger parties cannot be accommodated.

    Cold food, took forever, and extra salty. Paid too much for horrible food. Great waiter! Manicotti was rubbery and obviously reheated in a microwave. It looked like it sat out all day. This was the first course and made you wonder why it took 20-30 mins between courses when the next course was either too cold or too salty. The truffle encrusted filet was inedible. The salt was so strong the can they paired couldn’t hold up to it. The duck was so undercooked I’m hoping my dad doesn’t get sick. It was served cold as well. I kept wondering why the manager kept apologizing. By the time desert came out they were out of what I ordered, no surprise there with the horrible service. Makes you wonder if people of a different ethnicity were given the same service as I didn’t see anyone else being apologized to. They comp’d the wine pairing, but really we paid $600 including a generous gratuity since it was Christmas. It was like donating to church at that point, but at least they don’t try to sell you a fancy meal. When you donate at church you know where your money is going. At Brix you pay for a cold, salty meal and don’t even get what you ordered. I will not be recommending this place to anyone for future service.

    Having been to Brix many times over the years, I was shocked to have the worst dining experience in recent memory. It was Christmas so we understood the short staffing nature of the season. But… the bread tasted like it had sat out all night. They were out of the specials we wanted at 6:30. My wife’s steak came on a bed of cold - not Luke warm, cold mashed potatoes. My knife wouldn’t cut the pastry that was the heart of my main. It was horrible. Our waiter was great and the manager comped one of our dishes. But it was my birthday and the experience was incredibly disappointing.

    Having dined here previously, I was a bit disappointed. Service was OK and the food was prepared nicely - but things just didn't add cup to a "great" visit.
