    Service was sooo off. Food was so cold. Food came out wrong. Wine didn’t arrive until after our dinners served. Sausage on the side of a past dish being shared just had it in there (not a preference but request for religious observance). Offered a few free desserts (not nicely) to compensate. Why not compensate what we had and make it right - not give us more food with poor service?

    Food was atrocious. Cold margarita flatbread. Strawberry Chicken salad had 2 strawberries on it. Pathetic. Service was terrible. Don’t bother to go…too many other wonderful places in the area!

    We frequent Brio somewhat regularly. Location is great and food is good. However, the service can be very uneven, if not rather poor (slow) at times. Too bad as some people we know no longer go there, though we still do.

    The total experience was very positive. My only negative comment is that we had to wait to be seated. Although we were early for our reservation and the restaurant was empty, we could not be seated. The reason given is that they did not have enough wait staff to take care of our party of four . We were forced to wait 15 minutes before they finally seated us Once seated, the service, the food and everything else was very good. Since it’s season, I would think that this restaurant should have service staff available from lunch on.

    The food was good, friendly service. The terrace was nice but they need to renovate the bathroom and refresh inside the restaurant

    We were a party of four. We each had the Tuscany special - a salad, an entree and a dessert for $25. Our waitress, Lindsay, was very attentive and personable. All our food was delicious. We like the atmosphere of the restaurant. We will be going back.

    The manager did not ever come over when asked to see him. No meatballs. Lemoncello specialty cocktail terrible.

    We had a reservation and still were seated at the worst table in the restaurant. We were on time for our reservation and were placed at a table with a beautiful view of the dishwasher !

    The food was nothing you wouldn't get at an Olive Garden or Applebee's...not memorable at all. Our waitress Ivana was great and very attentive.
