    We came for dinner and it was alright, but likely won’t return to this location again. The food was ok, service was passable, but definitely of what I’d expect from an establishment of this sort. It was nice and quiet though.

    We went to Brio as a quick family dinner, and got in right when our reservation time happened. We started with the spinach-artichoke dip, which came with flatbreads that worked well. It was delicious. Two of us got the sausage carbonara, one got salmon, and one got the vodka pasta. The cocktail menu looked appealing, but we decided to stick to water only. All of the mains were well-prepared and good, with more than ample portions (only the salmon was finished, the rest had leftovers go home). Service was very attentive at first, then trailed off a bit (tho in their defense they seemed very busy), hence the "good" rating. We've gone before and would/will go again.

    I ordered the filet medium rare and it came well done... Our server asked why I didn't say anything... Hard to say anything when the server NEVER came back to follow up until it was time to pay the bill!! And since I was hungry, I went ahead and ate the filet... Thus, not even a mediocre experience but poor service and not good food...

    Had the Tuscan Pork chops . Wife had undercooked shrimp in her Shrimp and lobster fettuccine. More than ample portions. Top chop was perfect. Bottom chop clearly over cooked and dry. (Cynically think it was being hidden.) Potatoes warmed over and dry. Service adequate, but slow to deliver check. She was weak on wine familiarity.. Room temp too cold for patrons. Room decor needed attention. Crooked wall sconces and shades off kilter. Woodwork needs caulk and painting. Ok experience, but needs polish on this Friday nite

    We waited at our table for 20 minutes after being seated. No one ever came to even acknowledge us. We tried to wave a server down with no luck. So we left and went to a different restaurant. It was not busy so there was no reason this should have happened. Very disappointing as have been a long time customer.

    I’m am always so pleased with my visits….hence, I return…again and again! With my food restrictions, the Grilled Salmon Fresca…whew! Love it! Love it! It is sooooo yummy! And, the chop salad…my fave! Thank you for keeping these items on the menu!!!!!!
