   The food was great even tho we waited 51 minutes to get our food 🤦🏿 Our service was another story very slow people came in after us had gotten their food before us and before you guys say well maybe we ordered something that takes longer ah no a guy at the table across from me had the same dish . We got bread no utensils nor plates we had salt no pepper. Will I return,yes. To dine in no maybe for take out if that’s an option because the food was A1.

   We had a group of 8--4 adults & 4 children--I made a reservation but Brio was able to accommodate us earlier--service was terrific--food delicious--bread was yummy (always a kid favorite)--we were served quickly--it was a perfect place for us to be!!

   Brio Italian grille never disappoints. Our waiter xzavior was excellent and extremely attentive. The best service yet . Thanks for a great night .

   The server wasn’t customer oriented. I have no idea what his name was because he didn’t offer it at any time during our service. I think his name was Leo if I remember correctly from the check. At any rate, the food and service weren’t as good as many other visits. I don’t know that I’ll be going back.

   Spent over 2 hours here and it was not worth it. It took 30 minutes just to get our bread. We were not provided with drink refills the entire 2 hours. When the food finally did come out both of our pasta entrees were disgustingly salty. There was no taste except a bucket of salt which was very disappointing. Our server was very slow and took a really long time to bring us anything we asked for, take our order, or bring our check. She was very sweet and it is one of the busiest nights of the year i’m sure. I will say there was live music for the beginning of our dinner which was a very nice touch. Overall I do not think we will be going back due to the food.

   We were seated at a table in the direct line of the front door. This means that artic air came gushing through every time the door was opened, which (fortunately for Brio) was continuous. It was very cold. Added to that is the fact that we were also seated in front of a side glass door and cold air was coming though this as well. I would have asked for a different table but we could see that Brio was very busy and I doubt there were open tables available. Let’s get to the best part of the meal … our server Xavier. He was friendly and attentive. We were surprised to learn that it was only his 5th day of employment … he is a keeper. Our food was flavorful but prices seemed to have risen significantly. The flatbread was done perfectly; thin and flavorful. Your Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had; I love a good cold salad. My husband’s salmon was cooked perfectly. Oh … and our martinis were very well made. We will be returning.

   the food was really bad however our server was extremely accommodating and did his best to make the order right… unfortunately everything coming out of the kitchen was highly underwhelming.
