   Made reservations for 8:30 and we’re seated at 9:15. The place was fully staffed and was not extremely busy. Buss staff stood around talking while tables sat around us dirty. Place has gone down hill!

   We had a reservation and waited an additional 45 minutes to be seated. It took about 10-15 minutes to even get drinks. We ordered our food when she got our drink order hoping that would speed the process up. For a 7:45 reservation, we finally received food at 9:30. We watched 2 other tables in our section get up and leave before their food made it out to them. We boxed our food up and left. Brio used to be our favorite place in Harrah’s but the service last night was horrendous.

   Reservations was a 7:45 , seated us on time we got our food at 9:05 - order pork chops We have eaten here a number of times - usually no problems- Plate looked awful. Side of plate looked like it had blood on it. Brought it to the attention of waitress. She said our pork chops come in full cook but that is off the pork chop. I told her , i always get this and it has never looked like this. She wanted to argue with us by telling us we i work here and i know why it is I said sorry, i just can’t eat this. She said she would have it cooked more. I explained that was not the problem that it was cooked fine. There was no red in the pork chops at all. It exactly looked like blood on the plate. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager came over to our table and sat down with us. She said our pork chops come full cook already. It must be juice from something else. I told her i could eat this with this plate presentation. She agreed to get us an order. After waiting another 40 mins. The waitress brought our order. It was cold but instead of saying anything we tried to eat it. No way it tasted bad. We asked for a box for our mash potatoes and we asked for a order of bread to go. She brought us the box and our bill. We are still waiting on the bread. We waited 10 minutes before just leaving. I fully understand that everyone has an off night but this was not handled well. The waitress needs to be more friendly with customers. The manager should have been more concerned. Not trying to get something for free but i do think she should have adjusted our bill. The cleanliness of the place needed attention. Especially the floor. Paper and straws everywhere. Sorry for the poor review

   Even though we had reservations, we had to wait up to 15 minutes to be seated, and we checked in early. This is happening more frequently when we dine here. It took an hour to get our entree after placing our order. The food quality has deteriorated. The Alfredo sauce looked like it came from a jar, was not freshly made. There appeared to be more attention to tables that had more than 2 people. We were very disappointed with our dining experience and it maybe awhile before we dine here again.

   Salmon was burned on outside and raw on the inside. Salad was ok. Flat bread was tea good. Salmon salad was just right. Serving time was lengthy as was seating.

   From sitting to ordering and getting the food was horrible. Waiting was over 45 minutes even with reservation. Food took 2 hours and server was acting like it is customers fault for their terrible service.

   It took exactly an hour to get our entree after ordering, it was busy but I think the waitress forgot our order and then the food did not taste fresh or warm. For the price tag this was not worth it

    We had reservations on Christmas Eve for 7:30. We were sat at our table around 7:45 (which is fine we didn’t mind that). However after 2 hours of being sat at our table we still hadn’t received our meals. We had to demand for the manager to come to the table at that time. You would think if he knew our food hadn’t already been sent to our table at a timely manner he would’ve come by to speak before customers were demanding. Very disappointed in how our Christmas dinner was at Brio and will not be a returning customer anymore.. I’ve dined there numerous times but the lack of acknowledgement and communication from the staff and manager about what really caused our food to be out so late was frustrating and definitely unprofessional.
