   We had reservations on Christmas Eve for 7:30. We were sat at our table around 7:45 (which is fine we didn’t mind that). However after 2 hours of being sat at our table we still hadn’t received our meals. We had to demand for the manager to come to the table at that time. You would think if he knew our food hadn’t already been sent to our table at a timely manner he would’ve come by to speak before customers were demanding. Very disappointed in how our Christmas dinner was at Brio and will not be a returning customer anymore.. I’ve dined there numerous times but the lack of acknowledgement and communication from the staff and manager about what really caused our food to be out so late was frustrating and definitely unprofessional.

   Took 1:45 to get our food once we ordered.They lost our order then said put it to the front and still took 45 minutes

   Very cute little restaurant. Kind host and server. Food was a little above average with a 97.5 heath rating.

   Had to wait longer after reservation time, food came out cold not how I asked for, keep chatting with guests when he knew I was trying to get his attention. Food was salty, cold, steak was too tough. So very disappointed with the service and food quality.

   We booked a reservation several weeks in advance for 8:15. Our family arrived 15 minutes early for this reservation and we were told they were running about 30 minutes behind. After 30 minutes went by, we checked in with the hostess who said we should be seated shortly there after. Around 9pm we were finally seated at our table. We were greeted by the waitress who told us the kitchen was behind by at least an hour. The hostess never mentioned this once to us after checking on the time twice. We ended up canceling our drinks/dinner because we would not have been able to eat until past 10 at night. If communication was clear from the beginning about how far behind the kitchen was, we would not have wasted over an hour of our vacation at this restaurant.

   As busy as the restaurant was ...our server was very attentive and gave great service. We all enjoyed our meals...and the cocktails were really good.

    Just spend the extra money and go to Ruth Chris. Food has been very average or poor last two times and the service has been poor. I used to make it a point to eat there everytime I go to Cherokee, but I wont eat there next time I visit the casino.
