   First time here for Christmas dinner food was good unfortunately options for a picky eater were limited and and a meal was forgotten however they did comp the meal it was very late….Service was a lacking attention to detail nand ran out of 2 of 4 desserts but we made the best of it

   This was an overall awful experience. Bridges was understaffed and the food was cold! We started our evening at the bar while we waited for our table. Even though the bartender was doing the best she could, she was having difficulty keeping up with the demands. The bar was a mess (piled dirty glasses, dirty bar) and she was trying very hard to make drinks and keep the bar going. She forgot our order and we told her again, but it was not right. Again, not her fault....Bridges fault. A mess! Then we were seated with one of the worst male food servers I have ever experienced. He told us he was "crying on the inside" !!! They were out of our entree of choice ( at 7 pm) and out of our dessert of choice. Our food was cold and when I asked him if I could have a serving of warm mashed potatoes he brought a scoop that was even colder than the ones on my plate. He never returned to ask how our meal was. It was such a disaster, we actually laughed ! After all, it was Christmas and we were determined we would have a good time. We're really not hard to please but this was really really bad. Needless to say, we will not be back and we are Danville residents.

   Our service was slow and my wife’s food arrived cold! When we asked to replace it they just heated up in the microwave. I ordered prime rib/lobster and had to ask for a steak knife. Not our typical experience at Bridges. They seemed understaffed and didn’t see any management trying to help out!

   We have lived in Danville for 36 years and dined at Bridges often, enjoying the environment and the wonderful quality of food that was offered. Recently however, perhaps due to staff changes or transfer of ownership, the food seems poorly prepared and sadly pedestrian. Just last night we paid $60-80 per plate for cool, possibly re-heated and uninspiring dishes. Disappointing! Bring back the creative fusion of American/Japanese cuisine we once enjoyed and we may return.

   Was a nice Christmas meal. Had piano playing, festive decor. They accommodated us for being late and gave us a great table. Mention options were great. Everything was a little bit slower because of the holiday but we were in no rush. Food came out a little different than expected but still nice overall

   My husband’s food was served after being dropped on floor ! Totally unacceptable and unsanitary. The owner just called it a mistake … We will never go back.

   There was a Christmas party going on - they should not have opened the outside to reservations. Our server did the best they could; they were swamped inside and having to manage outside, too. The food was subpar for the price we paid. They should have focused on the Christmas party and let the rest go. We had to keep going inside to ask the hostess for help (who was incredibly nice and helpful). Honestly, I won't be going back.

   We’ve been coming since they opened. It’s never disappointed. The service is excellent as is the food. Portions are large. Would highly recommend.
