We go to Bricktops every New Year’s Eve, and this meal tonight was exceptionally delicious! Great service and ambiance! Well done !

We have been dining at Bricktops for years. We can be assured of an excellent meal & excellent service. The seating is roomy & the dining room has a welcoming & cozy ambiance.

We had put on the reservation we were celebrating our anniversary. You had asked during the reservation process & it wasn’t even mentioned. I asked for my steak was under cooked & I couldn’t eat it. Luckily my husband could stomach it (he ate the center that I cut around). He mixed it with his potatoes. I ordered the cookie skillet & when it was placed in front of me the handle was facing me so I grabbed it to turn it towards the table & it was scorching hot. I had to hold ice cubes in my hand for a few mins. I just wanted to cry, but we had plans after dinner & I didn’t want to spoil the next event for our anniversary. We felt ignored, abused & simply discarded on a night we wanted to celebrate our anniversary of second chances. Debi & Dave Finn

We had a reservation so we were seated right away. Our server answered menu questions and made recommendations when asked. We could talk without shouting at each other. I had crab cakes and they were awesome and the other had Salmon and the chicken picatta special. We enjoyed our visit.

A little disappointed in the steak. Wasn’t prepared well. I would return to Cool Springs location because the steak was prepared just right never an issue.
