   Very wonderful place! We came for our girl’s 18th birthday and the food was amazing , the atmosphere was exactly as I imagined it would be. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience.

   Great experience at the downtown Brew & Bloom -- loved the food, the setting, and the staff were super cool. The only thing that was disappointing (and I'm not sure if this was more OpenTable's fault than the restaurant) was that I'd put a couple of requests in through my OpenTable reservation that were completely ignored, so I'm not sure if they were even seen by the staff. But the staff were awesome -- once we got there, I made those same requests in person, and the staff totally accommodated.

   We were seated promptly when we arrived and the server came to greet us and explain that there were no paper menus but instead, it was expected that you scan the QR code code to view the menu. There was no option for a paper menu so we had to read out the menu from our phone to our mother who has difficulty viewing information on phone screens. Another one of our party forgot their reading glasses so the server had to return to the table with an iPad which had a screen large enough for them to view the menu items. Not very inclusive for guests who are visually challenged or technically challenged. We ordered, and the food arrived in a decent amount of time. Unfortunately the croffle was quite dense and was difficult to cut with a knife but the accompanying chicken was quite flavourful and was nicely breaded. My Espresso Martini was quite good as well. The other guests seemed to enjoy their meals but found the toast for the benedicts was quite dense as well. Unfortunately my Husband wasn't impressed with the fact that both he and our Mother had to ask for spoons with their coffee and tea, as there weren't any that were at the table or brought out when the beverages arrived. Also, Hubby's fries were cold and he didn't enjoy his breakfast poutine because of the temperature of his food. We understand that for large groups that timing can sometime be difficult for the kitchen for the food orders (there were seven of us) and that there is an automatic gratuity. But really, if the gratuity is automatically charged, then restaurants need to do better with service and food! Would definitely return for the cocktail menu but would not hurry back for the food.

   I was super disappointed in the service. The waitress was cold and unwelcoming. Food was fantastic! Unfortunately the waitress really dampened the experience for me and my daughter.

   Service was top notch, coffee was excellent, and my entree was really decent, but my only complaint is, I truly believe they can do better… will I be back? Oh yeah! I just want the goal of the food to be more sumptuous, and that the level of the food match the decor. Honestly, I’m being tough on the food but I KNOW they can bring it up one notch

   Amazing from start to finish! I have never been in such a beautiful cafe. Food, 10/10. Drinks 10/10. Service 10/10. I was smiling from start to finish!

   First time I go to this cafe, I loved the experience, the drinks were unique, looked great and tasted delicious! 10/10. The server was so hospitable and polite ❤️ definitely gonna recommend this place to others and can’t wait to come back and try out something different on the menu.

    Went for my niece’s birthday. She was in awe of the restaurant. Food and drinks were amazing. The waitress also let her go into the private room to take some photos which was so nice.
