   First time I go to this cafe, I loved the experience, the drinks were unique, looked great and tasted delicious! 10/10. The server was so hospitable and polite ❤️ definitely gonna recommend this place to others and can’t wait to come back and try out something different on the menu.

   Went for my niece’s birthday. She was in awe of the restaurant. Food and drinks were amazing. The waitress also let her go into the private room to take some photos which was so nice.

   I have been to Brew and Bloom many many times - it’s a favourite of mine. But, the last couple of times the food has not been as good as usual.

   This was my granddaughter’s birthday treat so we had a reservation and were seated in the front room right beside the flower display. Unfortunately, there was a large group seated right beside us so that made our conversation rather difficult as they were having a good time . We did enjoy the fancy drinks and the whimsical food. This is definitely a treat spot but I appreciated the healthy options on offer. The fanciful croffle with all that candy floss and the decadent pink chocolate sauce was enjoyed as was the flower power bowl. The peppermint hot chocolate was a hit and the latte was nice. Service was quite good.

   Such a pretty venue! The honey toast was a pleasant surprise. However, the lattes were only lukewarm and the service was exceedingly slow despite a one-to-one ratio of serving staff to occupied tables. Parking was a bit of a hassle with the HotSpot app.

   Table wasn’t ready for us when we arrived. We had to wait a little over 10 minutes. We weren’t told we needed to use the QR code to order so we waited for menus. It took a long time for our server to come by to take our drink orders. I had the crispy chicken sandwich. There wasn’t much flavour to it at all. Overall, a very mediocre experience and I don’t think I’ll be back.

   Such a bad experience. I went there for my special occasion but this place has ruined it. If you go for just flower decoration then it's okay. The food is so bad even customer service is also bad. I just waste my money there and ruin our special day. Went there for the first time and will never recommend it to anyone .

   My favourite place. Food is always delicious, and displayed so artistically. The lavender London fog is to die for! No particular favourite meal, everything is so well done! Thank you so much!

    2nd visit and brought 3 friends who had never been there before. Everyone was so impressed! The decor, the drinks, food and presentation absolutely spectacular.
