   This is one of my favourite places for breakfast in Banff! The food is always delicious and the service is wonderful. Kudos to all the staff here, both front and back of house excel at their jobs!

   Booked for early evening to take advantage of the happy hour menu… food was so spectacular that we ordered off the full menu anyway. The service here is very attentive and thoughtful. The menu choices are interesting and perfectly balanced and I love the open airy feel of the restaurant. Most restaurants that are inside hotels are lacklustre. NOT Brazen… I dine here even if I wasn’t staying in the hotel. Delicious.

   First time at the Brazen and we had a lovely meal shared some wonderful appetizers which were prepared uniquely. Our waitress gave us some recommendations for the number of plates we needed which we appreciated. Would definitely go again.

   Great food and great service. Another “must try” when in Banff. Mushroom toast was delicious, as was the seared duck. Crème Brûlée was perfect dessert.

    What an epic brunch experience! The grilled cheese Benedict was unbelievably delicious but the smashed potatoes brought the dish together so well. Don’t skip the Turkish egg dish as well.. also accompanied by accompanied by a very unique hash brown that will rock your world. Our server Cole had the most beautiful energy and was so attentive and pleasant. Will be back.. in fact tomorrow!
