    We stopped in for a late lunch after doing some shopping and this being our first time had little expectations. The service was absolutely perfect! Also, the flatbread and eggplant Parmesan were prepared exceedingly well. Nothing quite as pleasant as eating outdoors in mid February.

    Recommend that you try Happy Hour at Bravo. The Happy Hour menu has excellent choices with reduced prices. Our server, Cesar, did a great job.

    We were never sat for our table. After asking the hostess about the status of our reservation, we were told that they had marked us as “already sat”, which never happened. We would’ve continued to wait all night had we never said anything! There were several disappointed and confused costumers before us too. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat, unfortunately.

    The restaurant was FREEZING cold, making it very difficult to enjoy the meal. And the calories listed beside each Menu item were a real downer.

    Even though due to traffic we were significantly late for our reservation, upon our arrival at the restaurant we were assure that we would be seated when a table became available. And after about a 45 minute wait we were seated. The food was delicious and service was great.

    Everything was great other than the service. Waitress was serving too many people and bus boys were rarely coming around to clean. I think for that busy of a place, they need more employees, especially in Mercato.
