    The Host got us in a half hour early so we could get to our movie on time. Then he collected our bill and got us out the door fast-he was great. The food was excellent but a few items could have been a little warmer. Our waitress was fast, friendly, and attentive. A good visit all round.

    It was fine. The front of the house manager or host (I think) was extremely chaotic and running around like he snorted an eight ball. Almost knocked my MIL down, kept ripping the paper tablecloth off the table in such an extreme way that it was almost cartoonish and at one point he broke out in a sprint. Not the relaxing evening I had envisioned. The food was fine. The chicken marsala was on the dry side, but it being Christmas Eve willing to give the back of the house staff a break. Asked our server twice for soda refills that never materialized. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

    Haven't been to Bravo in quite a while. Met a friend for lunch. Loved the salmon salad. Excellent service. Definitely returning soon for dinner.

    Service was slow and the food quality has gone down over the years. There was only a few tables with guests for a Saturday night the weekend before Christmas.

    The atmosphere was beautiful however the service left a lot to be desired. We waited for a while to be greeted by the server and it took over 25 minutes to receive our appetizer. It wasn't until after that the server returned to take our dinner order. The server took several tables' orders at once which then delayed entering our order. By the time we received our dinner we had been there about 80 minutes. Due to having tickets to a show we could only eat a few bites then had to take our dinner to go. The food was ok but combined with the poor service it was not worth the price.

    Outstanding service for a group of 17 of us. Couldn't ask for better servers! They were very patient with us as we celebrated the holidays early with family from out of state. Thank you Bravo Team!

    Our food took 40 minutes, and overall it was just ok. I ordered tea with lemon, but never received the lemon. Our waitress was sweet but inexperienced.
