   Food was decent tasting but my food was not hot. It was luke warm with a few patches of really hot noodles. Overall, nearly cold except for those handful of random noodles. It felt like it was sitting in a pot for quite some time. My husband's food was fine. We got some "fresh baked bread right out of the oven" and it was cold in the middle. Definitely sounds like quality control was off. We were brought our food out by a back of house manager who was in a green hoodie sweatshirt and jeans. Didn't look professional for a manager. She also never offered us cheese and walked away so we had to wave our waiter back down minutes later since he was busy with other tables. We came there for the chocolate chip bread pudding dessert. I'm obsessed with bread pudding. When we ordered it we were told they were all out. We asked about the cheesecake. I looked at a pic online for online ordering from your page. It looked big and lovely. I asked if it was a NY style cheesecake (cause I can't eat other kinds). I was told yes. It came out. Was HALF the size the picture showed and was brown, not ivory. It tasted like burnt sugar. I couldn't even eat more than a bite of it. The server was good and took it off the bill, but obviously it's not the same item you have in your photos and he didn't know what NY cheesecake is. I feel like each time we go it gets worse. I'm not sure we'll be back.

   Lemonade was “house made” and it was Minute Maid with no sugar rim, 5$ no refills 👎🏻 Got the pork chops, with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Order came, it was green beans (burnt, how do you burn green beans) 👎🏻 A giant ball of butter in the mashed potatoes that my fiancé received, half of the serving was a ball of butter. 👎🏻 Pork chops were crispy crispy, very charred. We were very excited all week for a valentines date night, and it was not great. 👎🏻

   Always awesome Bo was our waiter you couldn't ask for a better one. Food always great, and introduced some friends to their new favorite place

   I was very disappointed!! Six of us arrived at 5:30 for 3 of us celebrating Birthdays. Sitted pretty fast. Waiter was slammed (Isaac) was great. Food and bar service was very very slow. We received our drinks 25 mins after we ordered. Waiter said bar was slammed. Ask for bread same thing. Wait and wait. We were prepared to Dine...not have dinner and leave. Ok move on. I received my meal and during my eating I had something sharp pierce my mouth. Pulled it out and it was a piece of glass or something. Called manager over. He apologized and said we can make you another meal. Things get better. I over heard other customers complaining. Manger told one table I sorry sir I be glad to comp your meal. Hello I had glass pierce my mouth and you can say I'll make you another meal. When I approached the manager about this he said ma'am it wasn't a piece of glass it was plastic. WHAT!!!! And that's ok. Unbelievable. I was so disappointed!!! My Birthday celebration. By the way no mentioned it and this was on the reservation. The 6 of us will never be back. Good Luck to fellow customers. We used to love this place. By By Bravo 2 hrs. 45 mins. later we were out of there.

   We have dined at Bravo several times in the past. It wasn't very busy on this Tuesday evening, so the ambiance in the big dining room was impacted by the many empty tables. Our server was very sweet but she was also taking care of a big group seated in another area. It was difficult to get her attention since she was often away from the dining area. We appreciated that she made extra efforts to answer our questions about wine. The food was good, but it's more expensive there than we remembered from other visits. The wine was especially expensive.

   I’ve eaten here several times. The food and service are usually excellent. Today was different. The server put a cup of coffee that was 1/3 off the table. It almost fell in my wife’s lap. He cleaned off the plates of my son and mine but left my wife. We had to repeat numerous times the same item.
