It was a birthday celebration for me and family. Table was booked for 6.15. We were told table wasn’t ready in the end after asking various times we were seated by 6.50. The table was a two hour allocation. Food was great. Service good but slow. We had a very nice evening in the r d they gave us desserts and coffee on the house and a small cake with a candle for my birthday. The evening would have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t for the delay with the table

It’s a nice place, but the music is very loud to have a normal conversation without developing a headache. It was nice that they are relaxed with time and didn’t nag to have the table back. Thank you

Very poor front of house , almost to the point of being rude, when we arrived 15 mins early. Bar staff also rude and argumentative, would not serve my disabled sister with a drink as she was not sitting on a bar stool at the Fount Bar. The serving staff were the saving grace of the afternoon by being very pleasant and helpful. Having had a very disappointing start to an afternoon which should have been a celebration I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Absolutely great. The staff fantastic, gorgeous cocktails and an excellent and interesting menu. All four of us chose different and all of us loved our meals. Complements to the chef! A little pricey, but we were in Selfridges, and it really was lovely.

We always have a great lunch or dinner here. The salmon was excellent, as was the chicken Milanese. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Overall the experience was great. However the greeting when we arrived from the young lady was quite rude and arogant . .

We had just ordered coffees and desert when a waitress bounced up to us and said we would have to move as she needed the table. No apology offered. It was a catch up with an old friend and it was spoilt When she realised we had just ordered she moved us to another table and discounted the cost of the mince pie as a gesture However due to her rude attitude the damage was done. Never again and I do not recommend it to others if you would like a relaxing lunch
