The Nice Salad was excellent. The Meyers Lemon Margarita was very tart. Baked potatoe was not warm and steak was OK for the price.

Everything was great. The food and waitstaff were great. The only thing I didn't like is how loud it was in the restaurant.

Started with scallops Sophie (this is a must try in my opinion). Had a side salad with mixed veggies with a delicious lemon vinaigrette. Table ordered Black Sea bass almandine, hanger steak and filet minot (both perfectly medium rare - best tasting sauce was the house steak sauce in my opinion), and baked salmon - so salmon normally would be a pass for me at a steakhouse, but this was extraordinary! My only constructive criticism is that the bar must have been busy as our drinks were not synched with our meals. Drinks arrived after appetizers arrived and wine delivered half way through meals…both ordered well in advance. Outside of that, this was a very good meal with great service. Of prices are high as you would expect. I feel badly for our server and manager who had to deal with an unreasonable and unpleasant customer next to us.

Our waiter had too many tables, way more than he could handle which left us being ignored for most of the evening. After waiting 20 minutes just to order, I was finally able to flag someone down to help. She took our order and then the waiter finally came several minutes later. We informed him we had to call someone since he was taking so long. His response, “oh alright” and then he left again. One of us ordered the Waygu which was amazing, while I ordered the filet that came so charred, the outside was inedible and I had to cut off the edges. Why wouldn’t I send it back? Because I would’ve had to wait 20 minutes to get his attention and we just simply did not have the time. We finished and sat with our plates at the table for another 15 minutes before they were taken. Even more time until we saw our waiter long enough to flag him down just to ask for the bill to make our show after dinner. This was the only thing he did efficiently but there was not a single acknowledgement of the wait, or an apology, not a single thing. You can imagine the disappointment as this is a higher priced steakhouse. I noticed the woman that ended up taking our order told a manager about it and I half expected him to come over and acknowledge or apologize, but he didn’t. Disappointing to say the very least. Will never go back and will not recommend.

The overall experience, from other Bobby Flay restaurants was not to our expectations. Staff was not an issue, friendly however, not accommodating to fix wine issues, stating there were no options. In previous experiences, we were offered similar or other options at the same price on the menu. They were not willing to make any accommodations knowing the issue was based on their issue. The wine selection, unless you wanted to purchase a $300+ bottle was disappointing. For a French restaurant, they were out of both types of Bordeaux wines offering lesser quality options. My wife’s steak, ordered, medium rare came back, rare and cold in the middle. If you enjoy French onion soup, it was enjoyable, however, slightly sweeter than most we’ve tried in other French restaurants presumably due to the Vidalia onion used. Had a lighter base in color and taste versus the deep rich depth of flavor you get in traditional French onion soups. The macaroni dish as a side, was delicious. Overall, for 2 people, not worth $300.

Beautiful restaurant, down to the tables. Food looked nice and tasted good, but both mine and my wife’s poached eggs (on the benedict) were overcooked with fully set yolks. At $26 a plate, one would expect perfect eggs, which I was excited to experience as my first Eggs Benedict and at a pricy celebrity chef venue. We did get a free dessert for the trouble, but it is still worth reviewing off that. A single mimosa is $19, to add to the poor value. Finally, it took a while to even get our two brunch plates. Our waiter eventually came by and saw we still didn’t have it so he said he was going to check the kitchen. 5-10 minutes later a server brought it out. My guess is it was sitting under the heat lamp too long, forgotten, and overcooked the eggs. Took a while to get our bill and then to come process it too, for a rather empty lunch hour.

Loved our brunch at the Brasserie B. The avocado lobster cocktail was the best appetizer I have ever eaten!!! All of our food was great. Will definitely go there again next time I go to Las Vegas.

Right upon entering the restaurant, the ambience was wonderful. You can tell that image and keeping the customer satisfied is important to them. The service was superb. Everyone was so attentive. I was in a party of 5, and each of us didn't even realize we wanted/needed a refill for our drinks and yet the servers did. Ott was our server, and he was amazing and very patient. He explained that this restaurant had just been opened recently, and I would have assumed it had been established for much longer. We had brunch, and everything was excellent. I am picky with Croque Madames since I've been involved with French cuisine for some time; and the one here is the only outside one I've truly enjoyed. The pastries were delicious as were the potato chips with the Roquefort: I could have ordered TWO sets of the latter. If we had more time, we seriously would have returned here to try other items on the menu. As someone who has eaten at a number of fine dining restaurants, I highly recommend Brasserie B, and hopefully you get Ott as your server!
