   We chose this restaurant for the reviews posted and awards given. However, our 7:15 reservation ( which is early for a Vegas Sunday) they ran out of lobsters. I was shocked. Valentine’s weekend, how do u run out of your popular dish! No manager came over to see us… yet I saw him circle every table but ours. I hate to think of negative reasons, but we were celebrating Galentine’s weekend and were disappointed. We chose them due to their large lobsters. I felt overlooked by management and had to ask and wait 30 minutes on whether they even had tails. Terribly disappointing at a Bobby Flay restaurant as I’m seven stars and I was impressed to visit this newer establishment. Just disappointed and felt very much overlooked!

   Good brunch spot. They do lack a brunch cocktail menu but the bartender was well versed and made me a drink to order.

   Food was good.It is more of a steakhouse than French restaurant. Somewhat pricey ,but that is expected at Ceasars

   The food was so good. Prices are appropriate for fine dining in Las Vegas. Service was exceptional. I was bummed that they did not offer a specific drink. Our server must have told the manager because the manager (Lindsey, I think was her name) came to our table and brought the special drink just for me. We ordered oysters, potato gratin, (two because it was so good) goat cheese macaroni, and the 24 oz ribeye. All food was really good. Beautiful atmosphere, but not overly fancy. Would come here again!

    Hostess stand seemed to be overwhelmed. Ordered a Bloody Mary and waited 20 minutes before it was received. Food was decent but nothing to brag about.
