   Whenever we are fortunate enough to come to St Marten, we made this restaurant a priority. The ambiance, service and food are exemplary. Great place to have a magnificent dining experience.

   Outstanding steaks and great service. Air conditioned indoor area was very nice. There is also an outdoor patio. It was not crowded at all when we were there in early November.

   I had Renae as a waitress, and she was outstanding. I would definitely recommend to anyone this dining experience.

   No exterior dining available on a beautiful evening. Waygu steak was tough and overcooked, Asparagus tough and undercooked. Portions extremely small. Complete disappointment. Could have just been an off night, last year’s visit was great.

   Our waitress was excellent. But, when our food came out my steak was well done and I ordered it medium. I returned it and it came back medium rare. I returned it again and it came back for the third time. Half of the filet mignon was well done and the other half was medium cooked. At this time my evening was ruined because my husband was done and he was waiting for me to finish which we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing dinner at a high end restaurant. Very disappointed!

   We are staying at The Simpson Bay Resort and all the restaurants have been exceptional but Bovin was above and beyond! I had the scallops & steak and my husband had NY Strip. We tried the pork belly appetizer which was great too! Service was awesome. I might eat here again before we leave.

   The service and the food were excellent! Staying at the Hilton Flamingo it was just a short walk. Great ocean views. A hidden gem. Cancelled another restaurant so we can dine here one more time before we depart! Do yourself a favor and make a reservation here!

   We dined here last night and had an incredible experience. The food, our server, the bartender, the bus boy ,the hostess the maitre d were all incredibly helpful and attentive and we had a stellar dining experience. Funny enough my son was dining in NYC at a steakhouse and was sending us photos of his meal ,my husband was describing our meal/experience .. far superior to his! Our server ,Marie-Nika knew the menu .. recommended dishes according to our preferences and was on point for everything. She was so attentive and sweet and we never had to look around for anything we needed .. she is a mind reader. Forever grateful for the dessert recommendation of corn cake .. never would we had ordered that but chefs kiss order this!! We ordered an empanada and goat cheese salad for our appetizers., we have had a million goat cheese salads but the flavors in this one were original and so cohesive .Yum. My husband got the Rib eye and I had the Asparagus Steak Bundles , with Potatoes Wedges .. presentation beautiful .. and so delicious. We really can’t say enough , my husband spilled some water on the table and had crumbs from gobbling up the empanada🙄 (which was beautifully seasoned and the pastry was yummy. Which honestly we never saw an empanada on a steak house menu .. glad we ordered it.).. the Maitre d came over with some other staff and changed out our tablecloth! ( he earlier put a rack near my table for my purse so it wasn’t hanging off my chair) . Food beautiful , but their staff so beautiful .. such amazing energy . Our server ,Marie-Nika made this experience perfection. We have been to so many high end restaurants but very few hit it from the hostesses( amazing greeting ,smiles, welcoming) to dessert. Bovine has one of the most attentive ,friendly ,genuine ,talented people serving you and the food speaks for itself . Fabulously executed delicious food (thank you chefs). Highly recommend , we hit the bulls eye with this one .

    The service was impeccable. Jamal was knowledgeable, pleasant and gracious. The food was excellent! Our steaks were done perfectly, sides were delicious. We sat on the patio and it was the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the perfect steak dinner. Jamal’s delightful personality and passion for his work and people made it a perfect evening.
