Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways.     I LOVE this restaurant. I don't go very often but when I do, the service is always excellent, the selection of bourbons (as the name implies) is truly impressive, the steaks are done perfectly and are tender and flavorful.

    I’m never disappointed at Bourbon and Bones. I brought some colleagues and a customer who were all duly impressed. Katie, our server, was incredible. Keep up the great work!

    the Devils cut hot rock and pork belly appetizers did not disappoint. I had the bone in Ribeye-unfortunately the particular piece of meat was grisly and not very tender. My coworkers enjoyed their filet mignon to be fair. Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, and truffle fries were great accompaniments. We ate in the North dining room which does not have the same pizazz as the main restaurant.

    This is a great steakhouse in Scottsdale the food was great as was the service I had the New York and my wife had the Filet a must try in Scottsdale.
