I went with a group of senior men who meet regularly for breakfast. Borage was a change of pace for us. For years we have eaten, and immensely enjoyed, the breakfast classics - eggs your way, side of bacon, sausage or ham; potatoes, biscuits, or pancakes, and toast or muffin, with a bottomless cup of coffee. Occasionally someone orders a breakfast parfait or eggs benedict. Borage takes breakfast in an entirely different direction. The loaded biscuit bowl with bacon poblano gravy, sunny side up egg, fried potatoes, and scallion garnish - is different, and tasty. And there are some truly intriguing pastries listed on the menu. If you are looking to wake up your taste buds at breakfast, give Borage a try!

We had a lovely brunch of delicious pancakes and a breakfast plate. Every item is perfectly prepared. The food is perfection. Service a tad slow but not outrageously so. Might not go if rushed. Value is incredible for the quality. Adjacent market has a neat variety of foods/products.

We’ve been 3 times and each subsequent visit we had worse service and, after this last visit, we will not go back. The food has been consistently good, but the service has been disappointing.

Parking was very difficult since there was no sign telling people that they could park across the street if the lot was full. This was my first visit there and I did not know that and struggled to find parking in the surrounding area. Receptionist didn't seem to think that this was a big deal but it was to me.

Small portions...for the price. Two deviled eggs for $12, minimally filled. Fun experience, however!!

On a weekday mid morning, only a few tables in the restaurant and took over 30 minutes to get our food. Our waitress was inattentive and barely spoke. Had an attitude about the questions we had. Food was good but had few menu options for breakfast. Will try again with hopes that service improves. The latte was absolutely delicious and the restaurant was adorable. Quiet place to grab a bite to eat, which speedway definitely needs!

The ambiance was "quirky diner/neighborhood gem." The service, from the host who greeted us, to the cook who told us goodbye when we left, was really great. The cocktails were inventive and on point. Off of the menu, the griddled cornbread, brussels sprout salad, and pork belly were particular standouts. Lastly, definitely check out their market, which had a number of baked goods and other cool stuff as well. I can't wait to go back and bring some friends!!
