   Great food and service. Fish, beef and chicken dishes we ordered were all excellent fresh and well presented. Everything tasted excellent. Take the time and order the apple pie and also the soufflé.

   Had a wonderful meal here. I did the tasting menu, which is not cheap, but well worth the experience. The food was wonderful and the staff were everything you could possibly hope for, even from a high end French restaurant. So happy we chose Bonaparte for our "fancy meal" while in Montreal.

   Bonaparte is a marvelous French restaurant. The food was varied, fresh, hot, presented beautifully, and as delicious. Guillaume was a gracious, knowledgable, and attentive server. My husband and I will definitely go there again.

   Intimate enviance. Even through the restaurant was packed, I never felt the need to speak in a loud voice to be heard by my wife. Guillaume (waiter) and the entire staff are very attentive. Food was very good, always served hot and in a timely fashion. The rabbit pillow and shrimp/scallop platter were exceptional. To boot: 200m from parking!

   C’est une expérience unique à son genre l’un des meilleurs restaurant gastronomique à Montréal , les pris sont abordables l’ambiance est parfait sans oublier le bon travail du personnel tout est au point .

   Took a very long time to get service and food courses. Wine pairing with tasting menu involves iced wine x2 courses and the remaining wine was nothing spectacular. Fois gras and mushroom ravioli dishes were excellent but the rest was unremarkable. Lamb and duck were cooked perfectly but underseasoned. Also the plates were so incredibly hot that the duck kept cooking on the plate so I felt like I was rushing to eat it. We were very excited for this meal and left underwhelmed. Much better french restaurants around..

   We had the degustation with wine pairing. Unlike my last experience which was overall superb, this time the server/sommelier was an amateur. Not once did he show us the bottle the new pairings that were tied to the meal. I had to ask for new wine pairing with my first course. I caught him spending time at the bar instead of attending to his clients. The food was at the same quality as before.
