   Bolero’s menu has so many mouthwatering choices, but we settled on Gnocchi soup, Lubina (Chilean Sea Bass), and Garnachas,a dish described as open faced steak empanadas. Everything was delicious. Our server, Joseph, was knowledgeable and helpful, especially when it came to selecting a wine for the meal. He described several of the Spanish wines on the menu so we could choose a new to us pairing with our dinner. For dessert we choice “Adult Breakfast”(vanilla with cornflakes and whiskey)ice cream, which narrowly won out over the fresh churros, which are also incredible. Overall, dining at Bolero is always a unique and satisfying treat for anyone.

   My experience at Bowlero is normally very well. However, occasion, my wife and I were celebrating her best friend’s birthday. The four of us ordered appetizers and then our main course at the same time. Unfortunately our main course meals, came out 30 minutes apart, which is very frustrating. The waiter apologize for the delay however, by the time my wife’s best friend and her husband got their food my wife’s dish along with my dish was already cold. This was totally unacceptable and should not happen if The two couples ordered their dishes at the same time.

   Such delicious food at great price and wonderful service! Only downside during our visit was the waiting time for one of our dishes but the restaurant offered a discount. I already want to go visit again.

   Europa winery and Bolero restaurant experience was memorable. There was Great service, Great food, Great atmosphere, Great location. My party loved everything so much we became Europa food and wine Club members.

    Bolero has some of the best cuisine in Temecula, but they have work to do. Their outdoor patio has undergone several transformations, with the result that what used to be a beautiful arrangement of tables and umbrellas with a sunshine view of the vineyards is now gray and poorly laid out. An olive tree that appears to be uncared for sits in the middle of a concrete patio between two unused hightop tables. The tables for two are way too large, making clinking of glasses less than intimate. The greeting hostess is alone and has to deal with a waiting line of people, so that getting seated takes a while. Our wine glasses were smeared instead of being clear and inviting. It took twenty minutes to get a simple dessert. I've previously told people that Bolero was the best restaurant in Temecula, but I won't be doing that now. All of this left my wife and I disappointed in the end.
