   Overhyped experience. Food was good but not exceptional. Service fell short—bread wasn’t available for us but served to others, and our salad arrived before plates. Caesar salad was a highlight, freshly made and delicious.

   We love BOA. Quality and service are top level. Everyone from their valet to the manager is top level. From the time you hand over your car to valet to being greeted by the always stylishly dressed door man, and the hostesses, you will feel welcomed. Unlike many places in town, BOA has one of the most welcoming staff we've encountered. And they are constantly this way every time we come. Our server, Shaw is fantastic! Great with recommendations and extremely on top of his game when it comes to taken care of you. The food is delicious and the crab is second to none. We have a great experience each and every time we come and typically we bring our family (5-9 people). Our 14 year old completely digs BOA and Shaw, as did our 8 year old granddaughter visiting from NY. We always enjoy and highly recommend BOA for family dinner or date night or anything in between.

   This was our first time in Cali and we thoroughly enjoyed BOA. David was an amazing server! He showed us a great time and truly took special care of us. The food was delicious and the table side salad was a nice surprise. BOA goes all out with their service and takes every little detail into consideration. I cannot wait to come back!

   The food and experi was amazing! I only deducted one star in the service category because the front desk ladies were a bit chaotic and unprofessional in communication, but once we were seated until departure it was a good experience.

   Our food was delicious. Though, it did take over one hour to get our food, and the server did Not come by the table to check on drinks and by the time he came to check on our food, we were done. Unless you are spending a lot, it feels like you are at the bottom of the priority list.

   Visited Boa for the first time with a friend after hearing good things about. I left unimpressed as a foodie. Let's break it down. Arrived on time for our reservation and still had to wait about 10 mins to be seated but it was a busy Saturday night so I'll give them grace. We ordered cocktails and then we were shown to our table. We ordered the table side Caesar to split. It was good but the dressing was kind of prepared so not the full dressing from scratch from previous experience. It was tasty and we enjoyed it! For my entree I got the half chicken and it was ok. The skin was really crispy. Your basic chicken dish. The mashed potatoes were good and a decent amount to share between two people. My friend got the steak frites and she didn't like it at all. Ended up being comped. Per her it wasn't seasoned and not tasty at all. To say it was a high establishment it was really loud and kind of crowded. Would I return? Eh maybe. It wasn't the best I had and the prices made it hard to justify.

    I came for a bday dinner, alone unfortunately. The waiter I had (totally forgot his name) was very helpful and nice. Thank you all for making my bday dinner very nice. Even though I was there alone, didn’t feel alone. I really appreciated you all and I will definitely visit again when I’m in LA from the east coast!
