   The best brunch i have had in years. Wicked spot atmosphere was unreal. Service was on spot highly recommend price was fair and wicked Gluten free selection go go go

   This place is bang on! You get your money's worth for sure! Pricier menu but 1000% worth it! For any milestone celebration, I highly recommend this restaurant!

   We really enjoyed our meal. The omelets were done to perfection. Imagine a fruit bowl full of pineapple, kiwi fruit, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, grapes...just delicious. The hashbrowns were very unique and sooo good. The restaurant was cozy, modern and very nicely decorated and our server was very friendly and took such good care of us. Now we really want to come back for dinner! It's definitely in our plans.

   Our waiter was rude and condescending, everytime she came to the table she was making a comment that was offside and rude. She wrecked our experience. Food was good but she was awful.

   Maybe we just had an off night but Bluebird was super disappointing. Ambiance was a 10/10, we all agreed. Very cool vibe and the fireplace is a great feature. The Food was just not good TBH. The French onion soup was burnt; it was definitely prepared the right way so maybe just a burnt piece of bread crumbled in but hard to get past that burnt flavour. The prime rib was cooked perfectly but served cold and the Yorkshire pudding that came with was rock hard, it was either over cooked or under a heat lamp was too long. I love garlic, but the crab pasta must of had 8-10 cloves of garlic, sliced and just put into the dish. Not cooked and basically raw. Pasta was also not cooked. The steak was also mediocre; The Keg would have a better steak than the one served. Service was also not great. Everyone has an off night but no quality check until we were already looking to leave, and it was done by someone other than our server who I honestly think maybe was trying to be helpful as we were missing utensil’s and other items and we’d been looking around for our server. Didn’t seem like a super busy night. Given all the other reviews maybe we just had bad luck but i probably wouldn’t chance dinner here again as Banff has some tried and true options with the same feel.

   Either growing pains or the staff don’t quite have it together It was an oddity Food was good to mediocre Service was good to poor Ambiance was loud and disturb Staff was unfocused Food came placed before us staff left AND we had no plates, no utensils, no … you get the picture Plus no apologies, barely conscious of what the problem (s) were Cash grab, entitled are key words that come to mind Save your hard earned money

    We were there for a birthday dinner and had previously ate there for breakfast so we wanted to book and try the dinner menu. Christine our server was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. All her suggestions for dinner were on the mark. We had a cheese for due for our table of 4, prime rib, the cabbage, hash browns and the bacon. Everything was delicious and the fondue was fun. The atmosphere is energetic and it was a plus that we sat by the fireplace. Thank you Christine you made our friends 50th birthday a memorable one! We also thought the birthday card signed by the staff was a nice touch. I've wrote a review for the breakfast a year ago but think Bluebird deserved another one for the dinner and its 10 stars from us, thanks again!
