We had New Years dinner 2025 with Blue Tuba. They had a special event menu which was very inspired. We really like the European sensibility they bring to Houston. There was a significant delay on the main entre, but the service at BT is excellent and they were very consciousness about addressing the mater and making it right. We love this locally owned and operated eatery ... great service, recipes, ambience. They have lots of heart ...you can feel it. ...and taste it.

I really wanted to love this place, but the food was just subpar. My friend and I came for NYE and had the pre fixe menu for $75. It was 4 courses. The butternut squash soup was bland and unmemorable. The crab cake was all filler. The Chilean sea bass was thin and overcooked. The tiramisu tasted like it was fresh off the Sysco truck. All in all, I felt like it was a huge waste of money. The vibes were good and the service was excellent. Loved the ambiance and all the people that worked there. The food just sucked. Super disappointing.

Very tranquil experience enjoyed the comfort and the visit with the owners. Watch the episode of the Texas country reporter, and was very pleased with the outcome. Not only the owner but is pianist who plays with heart. The owner and his wife and the staff were very friend and attentive..

Loved it. Met the owners, who were incredibly welcoming. He’s the chef/creator and offers a menu of varied European dishes. Everything we ate was delicious. Sweet Czech folks who know what they’re doing!

Food was excellent. Service was extremely slow and they realized it, so they didn’t charge us for our entrees. Because of that, we will go back.
