   I love coming here. I love bringing my kids because they always have a good time with the music. This is definitely a place. We will make a regular visit to.

   Their system was down when we checked in. It was chaos trying to get a table. We ended up just sitting at the bar which turned out to be a good experience. Food and drinks were good. We’d come back.

   Food was good but cold. Took 1 hour and half to come out. Servers kept talking over the food when it came out, they never knew where it went. Our crab cakes were burnt.

   The food was good. But we had to wait 20 minutes and a reminder for a server to come take our order. The food took another 20 minutes or so to arrive but we did not receive the full order. We were missing our salad. After waiting another 10 minutes, we requested to cancel the salad order . The portion size were good but definitely prices are on the higher side. It took server 10 minutes to get our check as the manager had to remove salad charges from the bill. The ambience and live music is plus.

   Our food took over and hour and some people in our party never received their meal. The server was afraid to come back so we never got drink refills or even asked if we wanted them. He sent manager over who removed several things from our bill and blame was placed on the kitchen but everyone was at fault. This restaurant is poorly managed and food is mediocre at best. My crab cakes which are called the Best Appetizer were barely warm. Won’t return, won’t recommend! Terrible experience overall!

   Our meal wasn’t great. Fish and shrimp totally salty. Some of our food was sent to another table and we didn’t eat together. Over priced tourist trap.

   My family and I came to this establishment for Christmas dinner. It was 5 of us. They sat us at a booth and no one and I mean no one came and welcomed us. We sat there for 15 minutes. The server went to another table which sat down 5 minutes after we did. We looked for the hostess which was nowhere to be found. We totally understand that they could have been short-staffed. Someone could have at least brought water and silverware and said we will be with you shortly. So we left and went to another restaurant. I was so looking forward to eating there.

   Our waiter tried but unsuccessfully. The order was messed up everywhere, from missing to incorrectly done. Drinks took over an hour to arrive. The food was half decent (blacken red fish, stuffed red fish); the gumbo was overpriced ($28) for one piece of sausage, 2 pieces of chicken and mushy half cooked rice. Do not, I repeat, do not let the server tricked you into adding jumbo lump crab meat to your dish, unless you want to pay $8 for 3 tiny broken pieces of crab meat. Our server looked exhausted, spent and half presented. The price is too expensive for the quality and portions. Go spend your money elsewhere.

   We ate at the restaurant on Christmas Day. We were seated immediately once we arrived for the reservation. It took a while for a server to come to the table. It seems there was an argument with the waiter staff as to who wanted the table. We were a party of three. Nonetheless, food service was slow. A cook came to our table to apologize for the slow service. When the first appetizer arrived it was cold. We ordered two appetizers and they came at least fifteen minutes apart. The entrees were cold and underwhelming. The restaurant automatically added a 15% gratuity to the receipt and the waiter asked for more. The overall experience was not good and I would not recommend this restaurant.

    Food/drink we very good. Our waiter Jersey was awesome. They had a trumpet player which was fantastic too
