   An absolutely wonderful experience. Chef and his staff produced each plate of his 9 course tasting menu impeccably. The kitchen counter is definitely the place to sit and enjoy such a skilled team. The waitstaff worked very well together and seemed genuinely proud to present each plate. What a pleasure.

   Unfortunate -made a reservation It was accepted by Blue and open table ——later to find out they were closed for the month . Better communication is much needed. One of the only reasons we traveled to St.Thomas -Poor Poor Poor customer service!!!!!

   Another amazing experience at blue 11! My husband and I visited a few years ago and enjoyed this place so much we had to go back. It was just as good as I remembered! We travel quite a bit and this is my favorite restaurant in the world! Every course is different, packed with flavor and presented so beautifully. The staff are so friendly and attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us champagne and a lovely card. We always feel so welcomed here and overall it is such an experience. This time we sat at the bar and watched them prepare the meals and the kitchen is immaculate. I highly recommend making this a must see in Saint Thomas!

   The staff were very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed the experience! New to fine dining and they definitely explained everything well. It was also my birthday and the staff went out their way to make it special. Thanks guys, will be back to St Thomas soon!

   We experienced the 11 course tasting menu. OUTSTANDING!! Highly recommend this place for a special occasion or date. Impeccable service and Chef goes to every table at end of service. Five stars!!

   This place…..from the food, to the presentation, to the personal attention from the servers - it was fantastic! This place came recommended to me by a client and knowing they have traveled the world I knew it would be good! Michelin Star level! The grouper, scallop, and mussel dish was our favorite - seared to perfection and the chef even came over and gave us his tricks on the cast iron! The donut —— warm with espresso ice cream…oh so good! Sit at the counter so you can watch them prepare the food! Expensive, but worth it!

    Fantastic food! The halibut was absolutely sublime and the service was fantastic. My only issue is the ambience. We sat at the counter and while it was neat to see them cook, the harsh fluorescent lighting was a bummer. I’ve been to many a chef table/counter and there is a way to correctly light a cooking area without this scenario. Other than that it was great and totally worth it. And the servers are wonderful.
