Blu on the Hudson is thrilled to welcome winemaker and President and CEO of Schramsberg Wines, Hugh Davies, for an intimate multi-course meal featuring exceptional sparkling wines from Schramsberg, the premiere producer of American sparkling wines, as well as Pinot Noir and Cabernet from his eponymous Davies Vineyards. Please join us for a toast and reception at 6:30, followed by a 6 course meal curated by Executive Chef JC Ortega, paired with the wines of Schramsberg and Davies, by Sommelier Adam Greer, in our elegant dining room.

Hip, well-rounded, age diverse, hot spot! Dress to impress, whether in heels, sneakers, fur, or leather. Music, Bar, and food are all top notch. (Birthday celebration for two)

Great place to eat definitely good food. Service was just ok but it was Saturday night so they were busy. I will definitely go back. My only complaint is that they don’t bring out the wine bottle to pour they pour in the back and then pour it in your glass. I didn’t really care for that.
