Blanco Castelar is located in Emilio Castelar 163, in the iconic Casa Domit. The restaurant opened its doors in June 2017 and since then it has managed to become one of the best restaurants in Polanco. Combining the architectural beauty with art and culture, this restaurant is one of the hotspots of the area.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Our proposal has a range of possibilities: from classic cocktails to signature cocktails, where no matter what you drink the quality and detail are noticeable.

Desde nuestra llegada tuvimos la mejor de las impresiones. Nos recibieron en una barra y nos ofrecieron una margarita de cortesía. Después pasamos a la mesa y en todo momento el servicio fue de primera. La comida rica, muy bien y en buen tiempo. Tuvieron varios detalles más además de la margarita. Nos dieron una alcachofa de entrada, así como un mini carajillo, todo esto por parte del restaurante. Otro plus es la música. Tienen a un DJ buenísimo y aunque era un poco elevado el volumen, toda la selección de música fue justo para disfrutar una buena comida. Toda la comida, hasta el postre muy rica. Si recomiendo este lugar y yo con gusto regresaré.

Todo muy rico con excepción de el rostro de espárragos y el Rissoto de Champiñones. El pulpo un 10 Croquetas un 10 Tiradito de Hamashi un 10 Tacos de lechón!! Un 11

La comida es absolutamente deliciosa. Los ravioles de pato confitado están 100% recomendados. El servicio al cliente es de primera!

No me parecio que la comida destacara, era X y el servicio bien, aún sabiendo el costo fui a probar, pero solo es un lugar bonito con un costo exagerado. No lo recomiendo! Si no fumas evita los exteriores.
