Blackfish, the flagship BYOB of Chef/owner Charles "Chip" Roman, offers seafood-centered, progressive American cuisine with French influences.

Guests can enjoy a daily changing a la carte menu, as well as tasting menus ranging from five-to-seven courses.

You can't go wrong dining at Blackfish. We visit about every 4 weeks and last night was as good as it gets. We had the duck breast and swordfish, with both being prepared perfectly. Kudos to the wait staff as they always go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We have had the same server for years and the same fabulous food I love this restaurant we go early for the quiet, it gets to moderate by 6:30 The flavors are well balanced, food is perfectly seasoned. The portions are perfect which is wonderful also
