   So pleased with our experience. With friend and our sons who are bad and students. Our waitress Maria was fantastic and all the staff that supported her was great too. Our table was wonderful a six top for six people. We really appreciated all of the upholstery and carpet to make the sound level, very enjoyable, lively, but easy to have conversation. The food was delicious. One steak was a little overdone and the manager quickly rectified the situation all was delicious. We will be back.

   Disappointing experience at Black & Blue. The food was okay, but just okay. The appetizers were better than the entrees. Crab cake and pork belly were excellent. The Mushroom Pappardelle was like a mac and cheese. My husband liked the Black Grouper but the bite I took of the artichoke was rather stiff and chewy. I felt like it should have been peeled more... The service was really poor. On our two top the bread plates were not cleared until the end. Since we had 2 appetizers and 2 mains it was rather crowded. I think the most obvious difference was the table next to us had great service, multiple employees checking on them repeatedly. We normally tip 30% but we had to wait 15 minutes for the check and the staff only stopped by once to see if everything was okay. Someone stopped by to check on us but she did not say her name or title so we didn't know who she was... a manager or what not. We still tipped 20% and will go back as this was the first disappointing experience we have had at Black and Blue.

   Sat at the bar and there were multiple misteps with timing of items, dished not cleared, food delivered to one and not the other in the aprt Crab cake appetizer arrived the same time ad the salads, one leal delivered then waited and waited and the other meal was not delivered. Bartender went to check and they had delivered someone else's mail to me. He quickly got it retifi3d. The husband's plate was not cleared before dessert . Expect better for the price e point 240 for 2.

   The staff was very accommodating as we added another guest to our party at the last minute. Tony and Wyatt were excellent servers. We loved the ambiance and the furniture. The food was fabulous. Delicious filets all around! We will be back. Thank you.

   First time here. Great steaks, delicious fish dishes, something for everyone. Attentive staff and smooth service. Highly recommend!

   Great all around, food and service is top notch. Bar is beautiful but the quality of drinks is lacking for a restaurant of this caliber.

   Our sincerest apologies Sylvia. Obviously a mistake happened somewhere as that is not our standard for timing. I hope you give us another chance. Please reach out to us at the restaurant if you make another reservation so we can pay a little extra attention to ensure you have a better experience.
