   The weekend special was perfect. The prime rib was prepared just like I like it and great choices for the sides. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. A great afternoon at BJ's.

   We came to celebrate a birthday and purposely went for the happy hour prices. We verified it was happy hour with the hostess and waiter and then we were seated in the main area (we were not asked where we wanted to sit) after our bills were handed out we were all shocked that we were not granted the happy hour prices.

   We always meet our best friends and have a great time. James is our fave server and he took awesome care of us as usual! Burgers were delish and the craft rootbeer was awesome 👍🏼. We’ll see you soon again!

   I ordered the chicken fettuccine dish with broccoli and garlic sticks, my wife ordered the shrimp and broccoli dish. When they delivered the shrimp and broccoli to her they were not fully cooked, so she had to send them back to the kitchen. When they brought it back out (8 minutes later) she asked the waitress to please bring her some butter to put on the broccoli. It took seven minutes for the waitress to finally get around to bringing cold butter from the kitchen. My wife asked her if they could bring her melted butter, and she said "we don't do that here". By then the broccoli was also cold and her meal was ruined. the broccoli in my fettichini dish was not cooked. It appeared to have been thrown into the sauce last minute and was inedible. The only saving grace was that the sauce was good. I don't know if I'll go back there because we both were thoroughly disappointed and we had to end up paying almost 80 bucks for meals that were unsatisfactory, well let's just say it left a bad taste in my mouth. The waitress did not appear to care about the quality of the meals she was serving, and her customer service skills lacked attention.

   We were seated but our waiter was busy behind the bar so he handed us off to Aubriana. It was a very smooth transition. The food was very good and the wait staff superior.

   The food and service was excellent. The restaurant had several large parties, one was 40 people, which slowed down the kitchen. The taste and warmth of the food however, was not adversely effected. It was very loud and difficult to carry on a conversation as we were seated next to the party of 40. We'll go back as it's one of favorites.

   Service could not have been slower if they tried. All but one in our party got served at the same time and we had to ask twice more for the last meal, by the time the last dish arrived the other meals were cold. Asked for ketchup and got an empty bottle. Fries came out cold, not sure when they were actually cooked. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

    Waited a half hour for drink refills. 2 of us never got water we asked for. Temperature was too warm. Strawberry salad had literally 2 strawberries. Prime rib was fatty and over cooked.
