   Slow service and terrible food. Told them it was our daughter's 21st birthday but nothing happened. My son enjoyed the club sandwich but the rest assured we'll never go back

   Food was okay, for some reason this location can never get the right temps on our burgers though. Other than that, the food is good and lots of different options.

   Front staff seemed like they were trying not to help you. We had a reservation, so we only waited about 5 minute's, on a Friday and 1st game of the World series. The server was good, seemed new and very tentative. Food was good and is really the only reason for three stars. This was out of character for this location. Sometimes you just have an off night.

   they dont honor reservations, made reservations for 6pm, i was there 555pm. they said itll be 15-20 mins. which i think is crazy. we didnt get table almost an hour later. so many tables available, i understand it was busy but what is the point of the reservation or being on open table. i will never go there again, ruined my night and now i have trust issues with open table the app themselves

   Need an explanation why would I ever make open table reservations when they are not honored within forty minutes of the set time. The blond hostess took her shoe off at the reception desk, alternated putting her hand in it to fix it and went back to handling menus and books. She had an inner nose piercing that she would put her fingers up either side of her nose consistently play with the jewelry. The manager should be ashamed of the speed and behavior of these employees.

   Very disappointed in the wait time. I made a reservation for 7pm and was told in 20mins we would be seated. We asked again if we would be seated at 7:20 and were told another 20mins. Very inconvenient, and disappointed that the reservation time would be pushed back so far.
