   Wow, we got the special which includes an entrée and three sides as well as dessert. In this case, it was the double bone pork chop and it was massive as well as juicy and tender. Three sides were too many and all of us took some food home, including dessert. Delicious meal andgreat value

   Had to wait 40 min for a table despite our reservation, which was absolutely ridiculous. But once we're seated, everything was great.

   Although we had a reservation and arrived at our listed time they were not ready for us, even though the place was not busy. Our waitress was adequate but seemed very disengaged and like she did not want to be there. Although we had mentioned the special birthday celebration on our reservation and when we checked in with the hostess, nothing was ever mentioned so we had to handle the celebration portion on our own with zero acknowledgment from the waitstaff. A party of 9, single check, could have been a great table turn for her considering how slow they were, but she barely earned the automatic 18%. Service was very slow as we waited for drinks, appetizers, and food…we were there for over 1:50 and had to move our following appointment. Overall not a great experience. They are lucky the pazookies are so good 😉

   Food was great and service was good. Disappointed that the only way to get the double Pork Chop was to get the weekend combo package.

   Made a reservation via OpenTable. As has happened before, we got here ten minutes before our time and checked in and they did not have a table ready, nor did they seem aware or prepared for a reservation. Why advertise reservations if you aren’t going to actually RESERVE the table? We waited and eventually they told us they thought one of the 6-top tables could seat 9, but it couldn’t (as if they haven’t hosted large groups before???). Eventually they could only offer to “squeeze us into a booth because they were full.” Yep, that’s why we put in a reservation! The entire point is that you set aside the appropriate table. The food took a while, and was brought out by random servers intermittently rather than all at once. One of our party didn’t get their side and another of our party’s dish was undercooked (the pork chop). The booth next us was occupied by multiple children yelling and throwing toys (and hitting one of our party members in the head) while their parents enjoyed a second table nearby. I honestly chalk this experience up to lack of sufficient staffing and training more than anything else - when servers are running around trying to keep up without enough support because the corporate chain wants to maximize profits, the quality of the restaurant will eventually suffer. We’ve been coming here for years - it’s definitely unfortunate to see it sliding downhill.

   We were there over an hour and a half And they were not busy. Our waitress was not the most efficient. We got our one appetizer before our drinks. She had to come back and forth 4 times to take our orders. We may not go back

   Getting seated was sub-optimal. We had a reservation at 6:00 and kept getting told "10 more minutes" until 6:40. Once we were seated, we had a wonderful server who took great care of our party of 9. Food was good.

   Food was cold. Had raw chicken and for sick from the burger we ordered. Service was great though, very nice people

    I brought a group of coworkers and we were seated immediately and our server was very kind and attentive. I got the Parmesan crusted shrimp and it was clearly just warmed up and was not great. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were decent enough. One of the people in our group had to wait longer for her food because of a mix up, but mistakes happen. Overall it was fine and a good choice for a large group with varying tastes.
