   The food and the service was great. I love all of the different foods they have on the menu, plenty of options. The daily specials are always a good choice.

   Staff was fantastic. So helpful from all levels. They were great!! The spot lights on the patio come on (strong) at a scheduled time. Was a bit startling!

   Respite having reservations at 6:15, we were not seated until 6:45pm. Service was good, but slow.

   BJ's doesn't disappoint. Our service was outstanding. We ordered the Strawberry field salad and Ahi Tuna salad. Both were delicious.

   Not a good experience. We love BJ’s as a casual dining place for pizza and dessert, unfortunately the Laguna Hills location was either having an incredible off night or the location has just gone down hill. We had a party of 9 for my son 19th birthday. Mozzarella sticks are a family favorite so we ordered 3 of them for the table. Normally mozzarella sticks are filled with lots of mozzarella and some breading on the outside that is fried. This is not what we received. We got what looked like amazing mozzarella sticks on the outside but when we bit into them they were essentially empty. We were basically eating the breading. My husband broke one open and it was hollow on the inside. Very disappointing. Service was slow, it just seemed like there was no hustle at all. None of our food was very good, my baked ziti was lukewarm, food looked like it sat under lamps longer then it should have, just felt like no effort to food or service was a priority. Sad to see what was once a thriving restaurant is now a place that I would avoid if possible. The RSM location is where I should have booked.

    I haven't been to this restaurant in years. I was blown away by the beautiful remodel. All of our food was excellent! The service was also very good. We had to request that they clean the table and booth a bit because it was sticky and lots of food crumbs on the seat but aside from that, it was a very nice experience. Everyone we asked for help was pleasant and acted immediately! I would highly recommend the pork ribs!
