   Was our best visit yet, to BJ's! We can see a NOTICEABLE improvement in the food and the service at this BJ's and we are now telling friends to go visit! The Pizza's were terrific! My husband's French Dip has become his FAVE and the Avocado Rolls were outstanding! We also had a GREAT Server - Alex C.- who made the evening date even more special. Will ask for him again, if he is available! Although he had many tables, he was an AMAZING professional as he made sure that EVERY table was taken care of and was happy. We are looking forward to going back again, soon!

   Tonight, the food at BJ's was GREAT! (There have been times recently, that their deep dish pizzas only had skimpy toppings and stale-tasteless crust, but not tonight.) We ordered SEVERAL different pizzas - Large Deep Dish Veggie and a personal Sausage Deep Dish pizza and both were absolutely WONDERFUL! Dough/crust was light/flavorful and lots of toppings. Actually took some home as leftovers and look forward to enjoying another meal! We tried their Garden Salad and it was also VERY fresh! The Chili was not so great and they were also out of Root Beer. (Must have had a rush over the weekend!) There still doesn't seem to be enough Servers as they are all running like crazy to get things done, but details (like getting plates and parmesan cheese) kept falling through the cracks. Reco for the restaurant - PLEASE consider making a few of your Pizzookies (sp?) ahead of time so that folks don't have to WAIT forever (It was at least another 20 min!) to get these. We only wanted the item to go and it should have been EASY for the server to request one that had been already made. Overall, we are seeing forward momentum in trying to improve (food came out pretty quickly! THX!), and Servers do a GREAT job (You just need to hire more of them!). We will return!

   We had 2 great, Tavern-Cut (ULTRA-thin crust) Veggies pizzas. LOVED that the pizza crust was light and didn't "feel" bad after over-indulging on this pizza. It really is "pizza lite" - and very good.

   LOVED the dinner experience at this BJ's tonight! My husband and I each tried new items that we hadn't tasted before and BOTH were a hit! I had the "classic Chicken sandwich" and my husband had a French Dip sandwich that was one of the best he has ever had! Add in that the service was EXCEPTIONAL and that, despite being VERY busy, the food can out pretty promptly. IMPRESSIVE on ALL counts, BJ's! Look forward to returning! Thank you!

   We love BJs. The food was excellent and the Monday Night Football game made the atmosphere exciting. Unfortunately, our service tonight was poor. We had to ask our server to take our order after a long wait. The online payment system wouldn’t accept our payment, so after several tries, we had to pay in person (what a concept). We will come back, but hope our service will be better next time.

   Don't know WHAT the Operations issues are at this BJ's, but for some reason, this PIZZA PLACE cannot figure out how to produce a pizza in less than 30 minutes! Server was GREAT, but I snipped at the food runner when he delivered our pizza, with a "FINALLY" comment and yet he seemed surprised! Food was poor. (How do your screwup pizza??) We got the large deep dish and probably because their pizza's are half off on Monday, we got a horrible pizza that I only bothered to eat the toppings off off after it cooled. Going to try them again on a non-specials night and see if any better. Diners BEWARE! There are BETTER pizza's out there.

   The calamari came out and was one large clump. Our waitress exchanged it for a nacho but was very rude about it. They did not come clean our dirty plates until we asked and did not bring us a refill unless we asked. Other food was good.

   Fast seating. Friendly greeting by the host. Wonderful attentive service. Very good lunch special including entree and dessert. Perfect for a lunchtime business meeting. Outstanding!
