   This was our first time here and won't be the last. Nice big open restaurant with plenty of tables, and great looking bar and drink selection. Started our meal with the bbq chicken wings. Big meaty wings with a sticky sauce with great flavor. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals from the prime rib to fried chicken sandwiches to cheeseburger sliders to steak wedge salad to the crispy chicken salad. Capped our meal off with pizookis: a pizooki trio of strawberry shortcake, triple chocolate and fudge brownie, a cinnamon roll pizookie, and a white chocolate macadamia nut pizookie. All were delicious. Our server Maxwell J was fantastic. We were there during peak busy Saturday night dinner time and he was still super attentive and polite and attended to all our needs!

   We had a 15 minute wait after our reservation time because it was so crowded. A server came around with pizza slices for the kids while we were waiting, which was great! It was my first time eating there, so I'm not sure what service is usually like, but we were a party of 4 and were there for almost 2 hours, which is waaaay too long for a dinner. Our server was polite and was as prompt as she could be, and apologized for delays.

   We had an absolutely awful dining experience. We were seated 10 to 15 minutes after our reservation, our service was extremely poor, the food did not come out in order (the appetizer came after I was done with my dinner), my daughter’s steak was served cold, we never got waters, (which we requested), and our drink order was served incorrectly. This was a total fail by not only our server and the kitchen, but by management, for giving our server a huge party next to us, and still having her try to manage the rest of her section. We never were checked in with by our server after we placed our initial order and the manager was nowhere to be seen until the very end of our time when another table complained about their service. Final Grade: F-.

   We were sat 20 mins after our reservation time. We didn’t have food until an additional hour after that. Appetizer and food all came out at once (an hour after we sat down) and all the food was lukewarm. Will not return.

   Double Bone-in pork chops are always sold out. Prime rib was dry and tasteless. Other dishes were OK.

   Music is too loud. Service very slow—restaurant was fairly empty and they may have been understaffed. Food took a very long time to arrive from the kitchen. Steak was overcooked. We were there for over 90 minutes and we only ordered an entree each and only one dessert for the table. No apps, no drinks—should not be a 90 minute dinner.

    I've gone here twice. First time was excellent. Second time was ok. I made a reservation and when I arrived was told I had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Not impressed by that. I asked why when I had a reservation and was met with a steely attitude. But the wait staff made up for it and were super!!
