Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. The food was horrible. I never send food back, but this was absolutely disgusting. Will never go back.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated after our reservation time. Kitchen and service were slow. Lunch took 2 hours

Bathrooms need some updates and cleaning. Staff at hostess stand were kind of rude. Waitress don’t come around often. Always had to ask for refills.

It’s was Black Friday. We made reservations for 1pm. We waited 25 minutes to order. We received our appetizer 1 hour 16 minutes after ordering. We asked about our drinks, which we had not received. We then received our food 12 minutes later and our drinks after that. We ordered pazookies and refills on drinks. After waiting another 45 minutes, we asked for our bill. We never received our pazookies or refills. The manager didn’t try to go out of his way to apologize or accommodate us waiting over 45 minutes for refills and desserts. We only get to visit here once a year. So disappointing 😟

The server was kind and tentative. I think every food order was fine except out steak, we attempted to order it medium but it was definitely rare.
