   I believe since we were kids we weren’t taken as important but we still had a wonderful server

   Several pieces of our utensils were dirty. Food came out incorrect temperature and was never redelivered. Server started our conversation (without our entire party being seated at the table) “I’ll take your drink order and you should put in your food order right away because the kitchen is busy. “ Asked for additional salad dressing, never received it. Terrible service.

   Waiter got the order wrong on my daughter . Even admitted he didn’t know what she had ordered . Tells her he will Have it out right away . The rest of the party waited but our food was getting cold . Manager brings out her food and says “enjoy “ and leaves . My steak came out well done when ordered medium . Sauces are watered down . Positives my husband and other daughter really liked their food . We don’t complain especially on Christmas Eve but manager could have made this a better experience and didn’t . Wouldn’t go back .

   Normally have a better experience. Thinking at this point it must have been Friday the 13th carrying over into Saturday. [3 top; 305] Had a reservation for 6pm; arrived at 5:40; came inside at 5:50 - was never greeted (despite there being 3 people in the front). I asked about our reservation; we were seated promptly (so plus there). Server came without too long of a wait (another plus). Then downhill - after placing our order; someone else's food was brought to the table. Our appetizers arrived, but couldn't eat them since we had no silverware. Had to try and catch our server to prompt. We did after some time. Cleared my husband's empty glass (great that he saw it); but then never returned until we had to find him to prompt him (and he had to ask what he was drinking). Food finally comes, but my order is completely wrong (from the wrong temperature of the meat to the wrong sides). Another person in our party was without a drink. Never offered waters. Finally caught our server again to ask for waters; long wait. We finished our meals before we had another drink made available to us. Got the server's attention to let him know we were taking some items home. I'm speaking with him about it and he literally turns away to address the table behind me mid-sentence! When he had taken our order; he acknowledged the loyalty and reminded me I had a free dessert. We were never offered dessert. I get that it was busy, and I extended some grace - but our server repeatedly saying "sorry, I forgot" - is simply not good service.
