   Our server, Kyle E was excellent. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive at all times. He made our valentine’s celebration memorable and truly cared about our satisfaction.

   Waited very long for server to come and check back. Didn’t wait for our responses and walked away before I could ask for a refill, etc. My order came out wrong. The food alone was great, service was off tonight.

   Had a great time at BJ’s . Our server. Serena was fast, friendly and efficient. Food was fabulous . We were going to a concert over at Honda Center to see Justin Timberlake and she was great.!!

   Ordered a steak Cobb salad. Specifically asked if I could have steak medium rare. Server said yes. I received a well done steak, returned and received a charred extra well done steak aka hockey puck. I continued to eat my salad. after waiting 15 minutes I was told it cannot be served medium rare.

   We really enjoyed having a delicious meal here at BJ’s for a very special occasion. The menu choices are absolutely delicious at a very reasonable price. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs and we couldn’t be happier.
