   This restaurant is always reliably consistent. It’s the bar by which we measure all other finer places we visit. The fare changes depending on seasonal availabilities but the meals are always well put together and very tasty. This might have been one of the better dishes I’ve had here. The Jambalaya Risotto was excellent and complete with fresh shrimp, conecuh and lobster tails. Not exactly Cajun but oh so good. I worked hard to finish every bite. Seating here can be a challenge but well worth the effort. Cheers!

   Could use updating. Our seats were worn with holes all over them. The waitress seemed bothered to be waiting on us.. overall could have been a better experience. Our dishes did taste good, but the menu was much different than what they had on their website. Our original drink order tasted like cleaning products, they did replace them and the second ones were much better. Overall, could have been a better experience- especially for the price.

   We live in Anniston but try to make to to Bistro V when we are in Birmingham. Always enjoy our visits. Great food , drinks and service.

   Had Valentine’s Day dinner here and it was amazing. Chicken Parmesan was delicious. Waitress was super accommodating. Will definitely go again!

   Food was delicious and fresh. The waitress was very kind and made our experience memorable. We had crab claws for an appetizer and chicken parm and chicken Marsala for dinner. The chicken Parmesan was the best but both were great.

    Our appetizer dinners were delicious. Our server, Carlos, was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The staff even called to offer us a table that became available, which was more comfortable than the bar. We took the opening at the bar, but asked for a change if a table became available. Bistro V is consistently good.
