The absolutely best place for sushi in Vancouver. The food is always excellent quality and the staff are so polite and attentive that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We ordered a mix of items from rolls to gyoza to nigiri to tempura, all of which were well presented, good portions and very tasty. Excellent value for money. Keep up the great work guys!!

Simply outstanding! Some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. Unbelievably tender, rich tuna (try the bluefin trio). The smoked duck breast was sous vide to perfection, and the wagyu with fried garlic chips was amazing. We will be back!

食物普通，点菜的时候这个没有那个没有，而且部分价格偏高，非常不值得，吃来吃去反而只有小菜值得点。环境碰到一桌说话声音非常大的，很吵，又笑又叫的。服务凑合，店员英语不好。本来以为会比对面的minami值得吃，吃完才发现还不如对面。不会再去第二次了。

This was one of the best sushi experiences we've ever had. Top notch sushi, fresh, creative and exceptional service. The sushi chef is truly a master! Perfect saki pairing and neighborhood vibe. We travel to Vancouver every year and Sakana Bistro is now a must have for future visits. We won't be trying any other sushi restaurant! This is now our go to place fir future visits.
