   The food is very tasty with a good variety of choices. The service was excelente. The views from the tables on the terrace is fantastic. We really enjoyed our experience.

   Highly recommend the French Onion soup and Beef Boergenon. Lamb was disappointing. View is great. Ramon the server was excellent. Very nice but prices are insane for Mexico.

   The staff were very skilled with the wine and food choices. It was fine dining at its best. The pace was excellent in that we were not rushed yet waited for nothing. The flavour and presentation was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Bistro Bleu!

   This was our 4th time at Bistro Bleu and the 1st time we were disappointed. Overall it seemed a bit off. Our servers, Ramon and Luis were very friendly but appeared to have too many tables and the restaurant seemed under staffed for how busy it was. Food was not as good as had been and service disjointed. Guess all restaurants can have an off night.
