We are a restaurant that blends French cuisine with Mexican cuisine: breakfasts, lunches, dinners and the most delicious artisan bakery in the city. Expertise, flavor, atmosphere and service 👩‍🍳.

We have a very cozy and comfortable space with several different spaces, from a place for reading and meetings, to a beautiful terrace.

We are located in the gastronomic heart of Puebla, in the La Paz neighborhood, just one block from Av. Juárez and few steps from the historic center.

    Esta vez la comida no fue tan rica como otras veces, a los chilaquiles les faltó salsa y a mi omelet le faltó sabor, el servicio fue muy lento

    Aunque nos gusta mucho visitar este restaurante, vemos con tristeza que nuevamente fallan con los alimentos que solicitamos y se vuelven a equivocar con lo solicitado; se percibe como una práctica intencional y recurrente. En esta ocasión pedimos entre otros alimentos fondue tradicional para 5 personas y nos trajeron fondue para solo 2 personas, y fue hasta que lo percibí en la cantidad de alimento en la fonduera (no así con el pan) y se los hice notar, que lo reconocieron, sin que ofrecieran una alternativa de solución y simplemente señaló su gerente que “efectivamente era un fondue solo para 2 personas el que habían llevado a la mesa”. Por otra parte, pedimos un postre de coco -que el mismo gerente nos ofreció y mostró como opción en una charola- y nos llevaron un postre de chocolate con café y uno de maracuyá en su lugar, lo que me hace pensar que simplemente o no nos puso atención o te dan lo que les va quedando. Es desafortunado porque al no ser la primera visita que nos sucede, entiendo que esto ya es una mala práctica recurrente.
