Everything was delicious! We came in for Sunday brunch and loved it. Our server and the bartender were great, and we even got a visit from the chef. My loaded Bloody Mary was so good and the avocado toast with eggs Benedict was amazing. Can’t wait to go back already!

I had lobster which was delicious. Our waitress was wonderful. There were six of us dining and everyone said their food was delicious. The entree was served separately. Everything else was al a carte which made for a pricey dining experience. If you like fine dining you will enjoy yourself

Service was good. Waited at the door for a while before anyone seated us there was no host bartender had to come out to seat us and wait on us. Food was ok mostly tasted of dried Italian seasoning and oil.

Oh boy. Where to start… Food/Drink: Negroni - worst I’ve ever had Bread service - good Fried Guac - tasteless with cold spots Seafood crown - very tasty, but confused by unnecessary sauces (it’s got a fresh salsa in it, but also topped with hoisin and spicy mayo…weird) Puff pastry crown was foul and tasted like it absorbed all the smells of the fridge. Lobster bisque - very good! Lobster tails - small, overcooked, tough NY strip - I ordered it rare, but it came out mid-well Ambiance: Tables WAY too close together. Unused space. White overhead lights. Decent decor. Had to wait to be seated as the hostess was on the phone, and 4 or 5 employees stood there and just watch….super weird. Service: Server was nice, but didn’t seem fine dining trained. Couldn’t navigate the table well since they’re so close together. Stated the oil for the bread was “Mexican flavor” because the “chef is Mexican”. Made my partner blow out the candle for the butter warmer because her hands were full. Value: Please save your money, or spend it in a restaurant that knows what they’re doing! If you are looking for a date night or a place to impress clients, just make the drive to Pittsburgh and go somewhere there that’s established as being fine dining. This isn’t it. Overall thoughts: This place has too many issues. When we first had some food issues, we were still in the mindset of wanting to return to give them another go, but by the end of the meal, it was just comical how many things went wrong, and that mindset had gone. I doubt we will ever be returning unless it’s clear that things have improved and the value is justified. Right now, our check was a hard pill to swallow for such a lackluster dining experience. Also, PLEASE stop putting micro green and hibiscus flowers on all…I mean ALL…of your dishes. The food should shine on its own without the need for wannabe pretentious plating.

I don’t think the staff is ready yet for a nice restaurant. Some of them cannot pronounce what they are telling us is the special, I had to ask four times for another napkin. The drinks were wrong. There were not a lot of people there and yet we waited for a very long time for our food. However, the food is delicious.

Our entire dining experience was fantastic! The hostess was so nice and let us pick which booth we wanted to sit in. Our server was very wonderful also. Very polite and knowledgeable. We got the bruschetta, twin lobster tails, red pepper mashed potatoes, filet medallions with crab and shrimp, broccolini, and creme brûlée cheesecake. My filet was cooked perfectly to medium. Everything was delicious!

Our first visit to Bistro 303 was pleasant. The service was wonderful. Everything was very quick, and our waiter was kind. The food was good, but we enjoyed our appetizers and desserts more than our entrees. The fried guacamole, lobster bisque, and creme brulee cheesecake were absolutely delicious, though! The part I’m struggling with the most is the “value.” I don’t mind paying more for really great food, and have on many occasions, but I’ve been to plenty of other restaurants where I left far more satisfied with my meal and spent a lot less, too. While I didn’t walk away raving about Bistro 303, it was an enjoyable experience overall, so I’d probably visit again and try other items on the menu to see if that changes my mind at all.
