The entire experience was fantastic. Our server (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name) was lovely....very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the flavor of the dishes and cocktails for us. She was incredibly attentive, but not overbearing. The food was amazing. Cool soundtrack playing as well. Great time....will definitely dine at Birch again!

I celebrated my birthday here. The staff even left me a signed birthday card on the table along with a surprise appetizer treat, which was unbelievable. Five stars seems hardly enough for the experience we had here. The food is outstanding, the service was over the top and the ambience was incredible. Wish we lived closer to this restaurant. I would definitely be a regular. Will return in the future.
